He has undertaken investigations to unearth market manipulations like, insider trading, price manipulation etc.
Has through knowledge of the regulations of the regulator (SEBI) regarding the Indian Capital Markets and had exposure in all departments of the Exchange.
Has been the Member Secretary of the Empowered Committee constituted for the purpose of demutualization of the Stock Exchange; also was nodal officer for due- diligence process during divestment.
He specializes in various audits such as internal, statutory audits, tax audits and special audits.
